Matthew McConaughey got a big surprise from his kids this weekend!
Just a few days after his new book, “Just Because”, hit the top spot on the New York Times bestseller list, the 53-year-old was toasted by his children with a surprise party.

In a new video shared to his Instagram, Matthew is seen being surprised by both of his sons, Levi, 15, and Livingston, 10, with a party filled with green decor and balloons on the dinner table as they prepared to have a meal together.
Matthew‘s daughter, Vida, 13, whom he also shares with Camila Alves, was not seen in the video.
“Thank y’all,” Matthew reacted before getting hugs from Livingston and Levi. “Y’all were a big inspiration for this book.”
Off camera, one of them is overheard saying that they had a “teensy feeling you totally knew this was happening.”
The kids even made him a handmade congratulations card, which has a stick figure holding up a no. 1 above their head.
