Zachery Ty Bryan has been charged with domestic violence, according to a report from TMZ.
The actor, who played eldest son Brad Taylor on Home Improvement, was arrested over the weekend in Eugene, Oregon, for felony assault, and was in violation of the Abuse Prevention Act.

According to the outlet, the violation stems from when someone is accused of attacking another person who has previously been granted a restraining order in relation to domestic violence.
TMZ adds that they were called to a residence following a physical dispute between a male and female.
Zachery had since left the scene, but cops were able to track him down and he was arrested. He’s currently in custody.
This incident follows a previous one that occurred in 2020. He was arrested for 4th degree assault at the time, reportedly trying to strangle his then-girlfriend.
Zachery pleaded guilty to misdemeanor menacing, and misdemeanor assault.
