Lily Gladstone is condemning Hollywood’s glorification of the American West, particularly in Yellowstone.
In a new interview, the 37-year-old Killers of the Flower Moon actress slammed the mythologized portrayal of the West in the Kevin Costner-led series.

“Delusional! Deplorable!” Lily told Vulture.
Lily went on to say that she does not put any fault on the Native American actors that appear on the show.
“No offense to the Native talent in that,” Lily said. “I auditioned several times. That’s what we had.”
In the past, Yellowstone creator Tyler Sheridan has defended the show after critics referred to it as “anti-woke” or a “red-state show.”
