Kroy Biermann has once again filed for divorce against Kim Zolciak.
On Thursday (August 24), the 37-year-old football player filed the papers and called his marriage to the 45-year-old Real Housewives star “irretrievably broken,” per TMZ.

Kroy is seeking sole legal and sole physical custody of their four kids: Kroy Jr., Kash, Kaia, and Kane. He’s also requesting both child support and alimony. Kim also has two daughters, Brielle and Ariana, from a previous relationship.
The exes, who were married 11 years, initially filed for divorce back in May after it came to light that they owed over a million dollars to the IRS.
The following month, Kroy accused Kim of abuse and having a gambling addiction. There was also an incident where Kim called the police on him.
However, the complicated duo decided to try again in July and called off their divorce. Despite their efforts, it seems like they wound up in the same position.
